Imtiaz Ahmed spent most of his career at Arabian Drilling Company, the Kingdom’s largest drilling contractor, on the rigs and in the offices that run them for Saudi Aramco and the other operators.
At Voho he is the person who knows what a rig crew will and will not accept from a screen: which questions a supervisor asks at shift change, which records a driller actually trusts, and where a recommendation has to sit for an engineer to act on it.
