Baydaar is operated by Voho Ltd (company number 15054328), registered at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
If you browse as a guest, we do not collect anything about you. No account, no analytics, no advertising identifiers. Your cart is stored on your device only.
If you create an account, we store your name, email address and phone number. We need the phone number because our team confirms trips and deliveries by phone or WhatsApp.
When you request a booking we store which experience you chose, the departure date, the number of travellers and the price quoted at that time. When you place a shop order we store the items, your delivery address and city. When you submit a custom trip request we store your destination, dates, group size, budget range and any preferences you write.
If you join a trip group chat, the messages you send are stored and are visible to the other travellers in that trip and to the Baydaar team.
We do not take card or bank details in the app. Bookings are enquiries — our team contacts you and any advance is arranged separately. Shop orders are Cash on Delivery, so you pay the courier. No payment credentials ever reach our systems.
We do not track you across other apps or websites, we do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
To respond to your booking and trip requests, to fulfil and deliver shop orders, to run trip group chats, and to keep a record of what was agreed. That is our legitimate interest in providing the service you asked for, and where required, the performance of a contract with you.
The Baydaar team, and the suppliers we need in order to deliver: hotels, transport operators and guides for your trip, and couriers for shop deliveries. They receive only what is necessary — typically your name, phone number and delivery address.
Our data is hosted by Supabase, which stores it in managed PostgreSQL databases. We do not use any analytics or advertising SDKs.
Account details are kept while your account exists. Where a booking or order has already been fulfilled we keep the transaction record — what was bought, when, and for how much — because we are required to for accounting, tax and dispute resolution. Those records are kept for six years from the end of the financial year they fall in, then deleted.
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, bookings, orders, trip requests, saved experiences and chat messages. It cannot be undone, and you do not need to email us or wait for us to approve it.
If you have already uninstalled the app, the same instructions and an email route are at https://voho.ai/baydaar/delete-account.
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@baydaar.pk and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your data protection regulator.
Baydaar is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. A parent or guardian should make any booking that involves a child.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, for anything significant, tell you in the app.
