Voho wins a landmark enterprise contract

Stop typing paperwork into your systems by hand.

It tells you how sure it is about every detail, so your team checks the few doubtful ones instead of re-reading everything.

What makes it hard: Hijri date, a stamp over the total, and a handwritten approval in the margin.

This runs right here in your browser. Nothing to sign up for, and no call needed to see what it does.

Invoices, forms, contracts and equipment sheets are read automatically and the important details are pulled out — even from a photograph with a stamp across it. It shows you exactly where on the page each answer came from.

Capabilities

What it does.

Built for the messy ones

Crooked photographs, faded fax copies, a stamp over the total, handwriting in the margin, a table running onto the next page, Arabic and English on the same line. Clean documents are the easy part.

It understands the page, not just the words

It works out which part is the header, which is the price table, which is the signature — so a table stays a table instead of turning into a jumble of numbers.

You choose what to pull out

Tell it which details you need — invoice number, total, dates, names — and it returns those, the same way, every time. Anything it is unsure about is passed to a person instead of into your accounts.

It finishes the job

Reading the document is only the start. The invoice goes into SAP, the contract updates the customer record, the equipment sheet fills in the asset file — with anything doubtful held back for approval.

Example workflows

Start to finish, in your own systems.

Trigger

A scanned supplier invoice arrives in Arabic and English

  1. 01Recognise what kind of document it is, in both languages
  2. 02Find the price table on the page
  3. 03Pull out the supplier, the dates, each line and the VAT
  4. 04Check the purchase order number against SAP
  5. 05Point out the two details it is not certain about

Outcome

Sent to SAP, with only the two doubtful details waiting for a person.

Trigger

Twenty years of equipment datasheets are migrated

  1. 01Work through the whole folder unattended
  2. 02Pull out maker, model, ratings and service intervals
  3. 03Convert old imperial measurements to metric
  4. 04Match each one to the right equipment record

Outcome

Equipment records filled in, each detail linked back to the page it came from.

Runs where your rules require

Your computers, your information.

Where it runs

  • On your own servers, in your own building
  • Works with no internet connection at all
  • In your own private section of the cloud
  • No document ever leaves your network

How it is kept safe

  • People see only the documents they could already open
  • Reading happens inside your network — no page is sent outside
  • A record of every document read and who read it
  • Anything uncertain waits for a person to approve it
  • Personal details can be hidden before the record moves on
