OQ Group

مجموعة أوكيو

Voho builds AI that answers your phones, reads every document you hold, watches your cameras and writes the paperwork, connected to the software and databases you already run, in Arabic and English. Below is what that would look like at OQ Group: 5 demonstrations built by Voho from public knowledge of the sector, not a description of anything OQ Group runs today.

Refineries and petrochemical plants at Sohar and Duqm, a gas network, and a retail arm with fuel stations, fleet cards and a loyalty scheme across the country. The upstream and midstream calls are about loading slots, product quality and terminal paperwork; the retail calls are about a card that did not work at seven in the morning with a truck behind it. Both arrive in Omani Arabic and both need a system reached before the answer is worth anything.

5 things it would do here. Open any one.

Fourteen fuel cards frozen by one

Three trucks at a pump, a fleet account on hold, and a card that filled twice in nine minutes forty kilometres apart.

Why this one matters

A fraud rule that freezes an account protects the customer, and then punishes him for the next three hours while a person reviews it. Releasing the thirteen innocent cards and holding the one is a decision that takes a minute when the evidence is on one screen, and it is exactly the decision a rule cannot make on its own.

هلا، معك مسؤول النقل في شركة مقاولات في صحار. بطاقات الوقود حقّت الشركة كلها واقفة من الصبح، وعندي ثلاث شاحنات عند المحطة ما تقدر تعبّي.

Hello, this is the transport officer at a contracting company in Sohar. All our company fuel cards have been blocked since this morning, and I have three trucks at the station that cannot fill.

running…

These are demos of how AI would work at OQ Group: Voho’s own work, built from public knowledge of the sector, unrequested, and without access to their systems, data or processes. Every name, account, reference and figure in them is invented. Nothing here describes what OQ Group runs today. We do not work with them and have not been asked, endorsed or appointed; company names identify the operating context and no logos or brand assets are used. If you are at OQ Group, we will rebuild every one of these against your actual processes.

Next step

Run these against your own operation.

Everything above was written from public information about OQ Group, not from their systems. Pointed at your own calls, documents and records, the same 5 scenarios are a working deployment rather than a demonstration.

Bring your call volume, your average call length, and the one process that costs you most when it goes slowly. Forty five minutes with an engineer, in Arabic or English, is enough to say what it would take.

What we would build first, for a energy operation like this

  • Answers the phoneFourteen fuel cards frozen by one
  • Answers on chatA tanker that cannot load
  • Reads all your documentsA loading ticket, read
  • Finds the answerAsk the manual, get the clause
  • Creates automatic documentsThe station month, written

Named for OQ Group because that is the page you are on. The shape holds across energy, which is the point of the library.
