Saudi numbers are regulated and normally require a Saudi commercial registration. The table below is every provider we have approached, with the price and minimum commitment each one gave us, and how far each has actually been verified.
The status column separates what a provider confirmed to us directly from what it only advertises publicly, and both from what nobody has verified. Where terms were given to us privately, the price reads quote required rather than a figure we are not free to publish. Prices and availability change; treat every row as a starting point for your own quotation.

A Saudi number is not one price. It is a set of charges from the telecom provider, plus Voho’s own AI usage, and the two are billed separately.
A monthly fee per number. Varies by type; 9200 and 800 are usually priced differently from geographic numbers.
How many calls can run at once. Three channels means three simultaneous calls in total, not three per customer.
Usually one-off, charged by the telecom provider when the trunk is created.
Charged by the telecom provider. Inbound and outbound rates commonly differ, as do 9200 and 800.
Saudi VAT applies. Some published prices include it and some do not, so check which you are reading.
Optional. Recording retention, dialler and quality tooling are usually priced above the basic trunk.
Billed by Voho per connected minute, separately from anything the telecom provider charges.
The provider table shows published list prices where a provider publishes them. Where a supplier gave Voho a private quotation it is shown as quote required, because those terms belong to the supplier and are confirmed with you during onboarding.
The exact list depends on the provider and the number type. The licensed telecom provider makes the final decision on what satisfies its KYC, not Voho.

Not yet. Saudi numbers are regulated and the licensed provider has to verify the business before a number is issued, so today this runs as assisted onboarding. Self-service ordering is what we are building towards, and it depends on a supplier making provisioning available through an API.
Yes, on the routes we have confirmed. Several Saudi providers have told us directly that an external AI voice agent may answer calls over SIP or a realtime audio stream. It is confirmed per provider rather than assumed, because not every carrier permits it.
On the routes where the carrier has confirmed outbound SIP and approved the caller ID. Outbound calling also carries consent obligations under Saudi rules, and the number shown must be one assigned to you and approved for the purpose. Caller ID must never be fabricated.
There is no verified, production-grade route today to buy a Saudi 05 mobile number as a programmable SIP number. The numbering plan treats 05 as a public mobile number delivered over a cellular network, while the programmable business products carriers publish use geographic, 9200 and 800 numbers. A carrier-approved forwarding test from a corporate mobile to a geographic number can be explored, but that is forwarding rather than a programmable 05 number, and it does not permit outbound 05 caller ID.
A geographic number matching the city: 011 for Riyadh, 012 for Jeddah and the Makkah region, 013 for Dammam and the Eastern Province. A local prefix is usually what a customer means when they ask for a number that looks normal to the people calling it.
For the confirmed carrier routes, yes. A valid Saudi CR is required, and a VAT certificate is commonly requested with it. The licensed telecom provider makes the final decision on what satisfies its KYC.
It depends on the route and on how quickly complete documents arrive. One confirmed carrier quotes about two weeks after it holds everything it needs. Other providers have not yet supplied an activation time, and we do not publish estimates for them.
On several of the confirmed routes, yes: separate numbers can be provisioned per account, each with its own KYC. Whose commercial registration attaches to each number is a question the provider answers, and it matters if you are buying on behalf of someone else.
No. Telephony charges from the provider and Voho AI voice usage are separate. The number rental, channels, setup and call minutes are billed by the telecom provider; Voho bills its own per-minute AI usage.
This is assessed case by case with the provider holding the number. Porting and connection both depend on the current carrier and the number type, so we confirm what is possible during onboarding rather than promising it in advance.
Tell us the city, number type, expected call volume and whether you need inbound, outbound or both. We will confirm the available route and required documents.
